Dear Blogger:
1o days.
I've been doing a lot of thinking recently. Actually, it's been more of a self-analysis. I love analyzing myself because it forces me to face all my demons, all the truths. With that, I've come to the unsurprisingly conclusion that I have become the bitter, cold-hearted cynic that I once was. It's so familiar and comforting, yet unnerving at the same time. Anyways, I've completely forgotten what I was initially going to vent about, but I do remember one focus I wanted to delve upon.
I'm beginning to burn bridges with people. I'm just done with all the bull you try to dump on me and think you can get away with it. I'm not a pushover. I won't stand for the crap you decide to pull on yourself anymore. Just because I listen and try to help out, doesn't give you the divine right to blame all your goddamn faults on me. Most of the time, I had nothing to do with the situation, so don't drag me down your hole of despair.
To be honest, you all degraded yourself in your own terms, on your own time. I'm not the only one who thinks it, but I'm sure as hell the one that will voice it. I really don't care if those people see this and wish to confront me. I'm ready for it. I've reached my breaking point and I'm not about to fall face first into the ground.
Okay, I'm done for the evening. My head is swimming and I really hate leaving posts like this, so unorganized and lifeless. I'll try to write something as soon as it comes to me, so I won't have to subject you all to this garbage.
But to enlighten you some, I have another poem I'd like to share with you all. I hope you like it.
"Solitude"
When I need to escape the world
I turn to solitude for help
For he and I, we talk for hours
Of love, life and loneliness
Some may say I'm crazy
But solitude doesn't judge
Instead he will sit and listen
To all my thoughts and dreams
Though solitude can only stay a while
I make the best of our time
When solitude does leave me
Then it is time to meet reality
